I’ve heard it has a stabilizing effect on blood sugar. I am currently sampling a bottle of an acai blend. On the first morning, I woke up with a perfect 100. I thought it was magic, but it hasn’t happened since. Was it a fluke? I don’t know, but I know better than to look for a replacement for careful food choices and being exact with my medications.
