To be short and to the point: yes, oolong tea and wu yi tea are the one and the same. They’re both the same type of the. The reason that they have different names and different spellings is because of the language translation. There were two different systems used to translate Mandarin into English. One of these systems used Chinese characters and not letters; one is called the Wades Giles and the other is called the Pinyin system for translation.

When translating with the Wade Giles system, the pronunciation of the first character is “Oo”, but with the Pinyin translation system the first sound is “Wu.” Together, it’s oo-long-cha and/or wu-long cha which means Oolong tea and/or Wu long tea. Additionally, some people have called this brown tea or rock tea.

Oolong - or Wu Yi - tea is a cross between green tea and black tea, according to some. The leaves aren’t as fully oxidized as black tea is, but they are fermented longer than greed tea typically is. This creates an entirely new and different type of tea that has a new and different taste and effect.

Wu Long tea can be varied, but it is mostly produced in the China and Taiwan region, particularly in the Wu Yi mountain area.

Essentially, Wu Yi tea and oolong tea are the one and the same. They’re the same product and the same type of tea; the only true difference was the way that the name of the tea was translated.

Hasn’t everyone heard of the latest craze with Wu Yi Tea - Wu Yi Tea was featured on Oprah! But remember people, trust the Guru - Just because Oprah endorses something doesn’t mean that it is great though.

Each individual should listen to the reasoning behind Oprah’s endorsement. Oprah praised Wu Yi Tea for its great ways in assisting with weight loss. So, why has Oprah chosen to endorse this product?

First of all, the amazing Wu Yi Tea can help reduce weight drastically. Second, it will save you a lot of work. Individuals could think of drinking a different kind of tea when they wake up versus following a strict diet and limiting every food they want. Individuals would generally decide that drinking a cup of Wu Yi Tea every morning sounds like the easier route to follow.

Oprah has thought like most individuals would and decided to share the greatness of Wu Yi Tea through her well known television show.

So, Wu Yi Tea sounds almost too good doesn’t it. I , the Wu Yi Tea Guru, won’t deny that there are some side effects. In a small percentage of people weight loss takes a bit longer to kick in, however the longest Wu Yi Tea has taken to kick in is one week and during the second week that patient followed along normally. We’d also like to point out that Wu Yi Tea is not a miracle in a tea bag. Wu Yi Tea will help reduce your weight if you drink it as instructed however if you forget to drink it for a week and eat a big cheesecake daily, there isn’t much Wu Yi Tea can do for you. If I still haven’t scared you off then you probably want to know more about Wu Yi Tea and Oprah.

Recently, Oprah has lost a lot of weight, during an airing of her show Oprah pointed out that she was only able to lose such a large amount of weight thanks to Wu Yi Tea. Wu Yi Tea was the primary reason for her drastic weight loss. Some individuals may have also noticed that Oprah has started gaining weight recently. Unfortunately, Oprah has stopped using Wu Yi Tea. Oprah has recently returned to her old diet which included many high calorie unhealthy foods.

Oprah has started trying other dietary substances. Most of which have not worked anywhere near as well as Wu Yi Tea. Unlike top competitors, Wu Yi Tea has 0 Calories, 0 Carbs, and 0 Fats. Slim Fast, a comparable alternative has 220 Calories, 40 grams of Carbs and 3 grams of fat. This should clear up a bit as to why Wu Yi Tea is so great, Wu Yi Tea is one of the only weight loss teas which won’t actually make you gain weight just consuming the substance! As Oprah experiments with other weight loss choices, we simply present you with the facts and leave you with the choice as to what methods are right for you on your journey to losing weight.

Whichever way you choose to lose weight, ensure it is the correct option for you.

Wu Yi tea has become one of the latest greatest celebrity diet plans. Most websites selling Wu Yi tea claim that Oprah and Rachel Rae endorse drinking Wu Yi tea. After an extensive search we could find no true endorsement by either talk show hosts.

Both celebrities have spoken on more than one occasion about drinking tea daily. These celebrities may have indeed endorsed drinking Wu Yi tea but we could not find these endorsements.

Several websites have both Oprah and Rachel Rae’s pictures with endorsements on their sites. These endorsements could not be verified. These celebrities may have spoken about drinking Wu Yi tea to help them lose weight.

Wu Yi tea does appear to help you lose weight however. This claim is true. Weight loss appears to be from increased metabolism due to caffeine present in the tea. Drinking the tea increases the metabolism due to the caffeine content of the tea.

What is more impressive than celebrity endorsements are the hundreds of user comments. You can find hundreds of actual users who have commented on using Wu Yi tea. Almost all of these comments are positive ones. They claim that drinking Wu Yi tea did in fact help them lose weight.

Some of these comments seem extreme. Some of these comments that claim huge weight loss are questionable. Remember, you want to lose weight safely. Losing weight too quickly can actually be bad for your health.

You should always consult your family doctor before you start any type of diet. You should also remember that celebrities are paid for their endorsements. This means that their endorsement may not really be about the product.

Look for Wu Yi tea that has positive comments from actual users. These are the type of comments that you should rely on. You should also read all comments. Some comments may not be flattering. This is good. Not everyone is going to have the same experience. Some will lose weight while others may not.

Remember also that there is no silver bullet to losing weight. It is important that you understand that if you want to lose weight it will involve work on your part. Losing weight will require some lifestyle modifications on your part.

To be successful with any diet plan you should reduce your daily caloric intake and increase your exercise. If you eat less and exercise you will lose weight. Drinking Wu Yi tea is just one tool that you can use to help you lose weight. Good luck!
