In my musings on the tea I’ve been doing some more research and continued to consult my favorite Wu-Yi Guru. Despite the people who say the tea didn’t work for them there are a lot of studies that show that Wu-Yi tea is helpful for weight loss. They recommend that you get some exercise and eat sensibly, too, but everything that is offered for weight loss says that. You can certainly lose weight with this tea.
Several studies are from Japan and other countries, so it’s not like the company who offers the tea made up the study. These are real, legitimate studies that are designed to show that Wu-Yi tea is a great diet choice. One study even showed that a woman’s metabolism is increased by ten percent when drinking this tea.
Now, that might not sound like a lot but it can make a huge difference. That means you’ll burn more calories even when you’re not doing anything. You can just sit on the couch and watch TV and burn more calories than you would have if you hadn’t had the tea. I even burn calories at a higher rate while I’m sleeping!
