I think I’m going to start having Wu-Yi tea with breakfast and maybe lunch, too. It’s not that I don’t think it’s working for me. I think it’s working really well. But maybe if I have it with breakfast and lunch instead of just dinner (and sometimes before bed) it will help me to lose more weight even faster. That would be great, and I know it won’t be long before people start noticing that I’m getting thinner.
My jeans are already starting to fit a little bit better and they aren’t so tight. That gives me a lot of encouragement, because I thought for sure that I was going to have to go and buy bigger jeans. That was the main reason that I started looking around for something that would really work to help me lose weight.
I knew that having to buy bigger clothes would really make me depressed, and then I would probably just start eating more and more. I didn’t want that to happen to me, so Wu-Yi tea has been a great choice.
