Well, I did what I said I was going to do - I started having Wu-Yi tea with breakfast and lunch, as well. I’ve been waking up earlier, but that’s not a bad thing. I go to sleep a little earlier now, and I sleep so much better because I’m not tossing and turning half the night. Because of that I wake up a little earlier and I have time to enjoy a cup of tea and get fully awake before I have to start my day.
I’m not rushed anymore, and that’s a wonderful thing. It’s another one of those unexpected benefits that I get with the Wu-Yi tea that I’ve been drinking. I lost another pound, too, so that’s four pounds in a week. Most other weight loss plans only let you lose one or two pounds in a week, so I’ve at least doubled what I could have lost by taking the approach that I chose.
I’m so glad that I tried the tea and that I didn’t listen to those people who said the tea wouldn’t work, or they drank it for weeks and didn’t lose any weight.
I noticed on the Wu-Yi Guru website that Oprah endorses Wu-Yi Tea. I know what you are thinking, just because a celebrity endorses something doesn’t mean it’s good. But this isn’t just any celebrity it’s Oprah! Oprah does her homework and does not attach her name to just anything.
I am going to stick with it and lose even more!
