I promised myself that I would keep this diary for at least fifteen days so I could see how much weight I actually lost and whether I liked the tea. I’m losing weight. I like the tea. It’s hard to get better than that. I’m doing what I can to help things along, though, as anyone dedicated to weight loss probably would. I still take my walks, but I haven’t starved myself or started eating nothing but salad. Boring, is what that is. I don’t want to do that, and I imagine most other people don’t want to do that either.

I just laugh at all the people who say that Wu-Yi tea is a scam and that it doesn’t work. Maybe they weren’t serious about losing weight and they ate even more because they were drinking the tea and thought that it wouldn’t matter what else they did. Maybe they really didn’t drink the tea and just wanted to get their name out there on a comment. Who knows? None of them are me, and nothing they could say would prevent me from believing in Wu-Yi tea.
