Tags: Diet, Tea, weigh lose
Yes, you saw that headline right. In two weeks I’ve lost thirteen pounds. That’s almost a pound a day and I feel great. I’m so glad that I found Wu-Yi tea and that I found more people in my office to help encourage me on my weight loss goals.
I even have a date this weekend, which is something that I hadn’t expected. I’m not sure if he would have asked me out if I hadn’t have lost the weight. It must have made him notice me, but he doesn’t seem shallow about things like weight, so who knows. Maybe it’s just because I seem so much happier.
My clothes are starting to get too loose on me and I’ll have to go and buy some smaller sizes soon. I can’t wait for that to happen. It’s been a long time since I was able to fit into a smaller size. I had some success on other diets but the weight always came back really fast, so I didn’t have time to buy new things before the old ones fit snug again.

I’m not alone! I discovered that there are other walkers around the office and other tea drinkers, too! One lady in accounting has been drinking Wu-Yi tea for six months. I know she used to be heavier and I wondered how she lost the weight, but I wasn’t brave enough to ask her. We have decided to eat lunch together and then take our walk, collecting a few other people along our route. It’s a lot of fun to make some new friends and since we all love our high-end Wu-Yi tea we’ve always got something to talk about.
Comparing notes helps me to feel better about myself and encourages me to want to do more to speed my weight loss along and get in better shape. I know everyone says it’s not easy, but it really hasn’t been that difficult. I didn’t change my eating habits much at all, and the walks seem like fun, not exercise. I wouldn’t be too good in the gym, but I can walk and talk with friends all day long.
