Most people don’t like to be called a loser, but when it comes to weight loss, I want to lose big. I’m getting there, too, thanks to my Wu-Yi and the help of my favorite guru. Now I have a cup with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I have a cup before going to sleep at night. I want to keep that metabolism up while I sleep, and I still sleep great. It’s very relaxing and calming.
I eat breakfast, lunch, and a pretty light dinner, and I still take my evening walk unless it’s raining or something. Then I walk around the house for a while to use up some calories. I’m doing anything crazy, and not getting much more exercise than I was before I started drinking the tea.
By helping me eat less and by boosting my metabolism, this tea is great on two counts. It’s more than I thought would be possible, and I’ve lost enough weight that people are starting to notice. I’m now down a full ten pounds from where I started, and it hasn’t even been two weeks yet!
