I say a dog. It you have to take it for a walk everyday. So there is no excuse for going for a walk.
The best exercise for weight loss is running, it may be boring but its the one that burns most calories. Use your local gym’s treadmill or go for a run in the park. Don’t waste your money on some miracle machine that won’t do anything
oh, and glasses too. ones that read ingredients on food you eat. and don’t see fast food joints.
